A personal name that is printed on to a garment costs $5 per location.

A personal name that is embroidered costs $7 per location.

How do I know what size to order?

Every brand runs slightly different. We advise every customer to call and ask if we have size samples available or to ask for a sizing guide provided by the garment manufacturer.

What are the minimum quantities required to custom screen print or embroider a set of garments?

Standard minimums are 12 pieces. The minimums involved may vary from job to job.

 What is your return policy?

Anything ordered on a team website is considered to be a final order. Merchandise that we carry in our store may be returned with a receipt for a full refund within 30 days.

What is the lead time for my custom team website?

Standard lead time is 3 weeks. If you have ordered a sublimated jersey, we typically will have your order in hand in 5 weeks.

How do I get a custom team store built?

Give us a call. Send and E-mail to sales@kmsportsusa.com. We will start preparing a meeting for your team leaders to attend. Garment samples, artwork, jersey styles, and decoration options will all be explained at this meeting.

What type of art files do I need to provide?

Company or club logos that you would like included in your custom art are best provided in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF).
